The support for academics without doctorates will vary from an annual seminar on the Ph.D. process to individual consultations with colleagues who have PhDs and research/ publishing experience themselves.

The Research Office aims to provide focused support for academic staff so that they embark on/ successfully complete the doctoral degree.
