Research Ethics Committee

Research Ethics Committee aims:

To assess the ethical considerations of research using human subjects, human samples or human personal data to be undertaken in the college, or under the auspices of the College, albeit the way they are funded;
To have discretion on behalf of the College and in light of ethical considerations to require such modifications as it may fit and, if necessary, not to allow the research to proceed;
To provide advice on the ethical implications of the proposed research.
To monitor research carried out is in line with the college’s ethics and principals in research.
