MBA Human Resource Management
This specialization helps students develop knowledge and skills in the evaluation and analysis of issues in the human resource management profession and related fields, including consulting and general management. Students learn how managers are best able to utilize human resources to create added value for customers and to secure a competitive advantage for their organizations.
Learning Outcomes
During the program, students will develop:
- use of human resource management strategies and skills necessary for firms and international organizations;
- understanding of organizational behavior, the changing context of work and employment relations training and development strategies for individuals and firms;
- understanding of legalities inherent in managing employment relationships;
- research skills to assist with effective management of human resources;
- positive and critical attitudes towards personnel management, leadership, change, and enterprise;
- ability to critically evaluate theory and empirical evidence in the field of human resource management.
