The proposed postgraduate program of study aims to provide high quality education to prospective students in the science of Management as applied in the fields of Education Management and Public Management and Governance. Specifically, it aims to prepare executives who hold or will occupy positions of responsibility in the administration of educational institutions and education in general and to prepare executives working in the Public Sector who wish to increase and develop their qualifications or those who wish to be employed in positions of responsibility in the public and/or private sector.

This pathway provides students with a specialization in the field of Education Management with appropriate theoretical and practical knowledge and skills for a professional career in educational institutions as heads who can successfully meet the challenges of the modern social, economic and technological environment. The aim of the program is to provide knowledge on the organization, administration and management of educational institutions, as well as the development of leadership skills of (candidates or active professionals) managers in order to carry out their educational, pedagogical and administrative tasks effectively.

Transfer Credit Evaluation Policy
Transfer credit may be given for post-graduate courses, which have an equivalency at Larnaca College, when earned in an accredited higher education institution or program with graduate admission standards acceptable to Larnaca College, subject to the condition that the modules were at the post-graduate level.
The maximum number of transfer credits cannot exceed 30 ECTS for a 90 ECTS Master’s degree or 40 ECTS for a 120 ECTS Master’s degree. Students applying for transfer credit must file a ‘Transfer Credit Evaluation Form’ at the Department of Enrollment together with a non-refundable fee.
After having completed procedures required for transfer admission, applicants will be given a statement of credits accepted on transfer by the Enrollment Office before they enroll. Transfer credits are not included in the calculation of the student’s GPA.
